My official title is Instructional Designer, but I think Learning Experiences Designer better describes what I do.
I combine my design, development, teaching and technology skills, with a rich background in content creation, to craft exceptional blended learning and training experiences- for both e-learning and instructor-led courses.
My experience as a photographer, videographer, instructor, Ai solutions architect, and developer gives me with the knowledge and skills to create human centric solutions that are innovative, effective and interactive. After all, learning should be engaging and exciting.
With a diverse background in writing, photography, filmmaking, editing, design, and development, my career is firmly rooted in teaching and instructional design, backed by a deep understanding of adult learning principles. This varied expertise, enhanced by my ongoing research into new learning technologies, allows me to take a comprehensive and multi-faceted approach to integrating technology in education. Recognizing that people tend to scan rather than read screen content, I emphasize designing learning experiences that incorporate a mix of visual and auditory content to cater to different learning styles.
