After four years of up and downs and being drawn back by amazing prices and off and on amazing injectors I'm never going back. The most recent visit I met their new girl and I should have not done it. I (after 6 years of this) am pretty much an expert in explaining exactly what to do and what I want. Instead of a light touch keeping eyes elevated and forehead not moving I now have a not moving forehead and drooping eyelids. It is so horrible and my face is going to be like this for six months while also suffering from headaches due to straining constantly to keep my eyes open wiand a feeling of tired due to the eye issue. She went too low after I said no fewer than 10 times not to.

UPDATE:

After calling and calling and being told to go to their other location to see what the NP could do (she is super nice and informed me as I figured that I was sort of stuck waiting it out) I had to send an email. The response below. They said they've taken her off the injections and will be training her more. Okayyyy. So either the prior training wasn't good and she messed up others faces and their training and program sucks and/or, they're going to put her right back after they train her (again). No refund, nothing to make it better...just admitting there was an issue and that she messed up but no response and we are going on week 3+ of me having to follow up again and again. It's not about the $ of the Botox as it's under $200. It's about me being upset I had to pay for this.

I went yesterday to the Spa and for the first time I did my nails. Ask for Evonne if you are getting Mani. She's amazing and I definitely recommend her! My nails look so beautiful today.
The girls at the front desk are nice and friendly, they offered me coffee and tea while I was waiting for my appointment.
Lot of good deals this month, I'm totally excited to start my next skin treatment.

Horrific experience. I will never go back, and am praying my face returns to normal.

The woman who did my Dysport instead of evenly distributing it across my forehead in the specific areas it was needed to effect the particular muscles, injected 4 cluster areas, 3 in the middle of my eyebrows and 1 in the middle of my forehead- I looked like a Romulan from Star Trek for 4 days! And now the Dysport is taking effect, The gap between my brows has broadened very visibly so instead of getting my "11's" to settle, now it looks like I have unusually wide eyes and the inner eye hoods have drooped so now I have an extra flap of skin below the front of my eyebrows in my inner eye. I look like a chipmunk. A Romulan chipmunk.

I couldn't hid it with a hat because the pain to touch the giant lump smack in the middle of my head was excruciating. Needless to say, this made my company board meeting incredibly embarrassing.

I have had multiple sessions of the same product over several years, and have never experienced the extreme pain to touch (which has lasted several days now), large bulges, and now the blatantly obvious folding of the skin in my inner eye... I am massively disappointed with the overall look and scared it won't perk up over the next few months. Shame on me for choosing a discount service (Living Social) for something so personal- no wonder the bulk of their clients come from this, they can't keep repeat customers if they are giving service like this!

The staff is exceptionally nice and caring! They took the time to answer all my questions during the consult. However when I got my lip fillers done, the numbing cream that was used on me gave me a horrible reaction that lasted for days. But more importantly , during the injection, my lips hurt like hell!! It's like the numbing cream had zero affect. My lips were black and blue from the bruising for a whole week!! Lipstick wouldn't even cover it. In addition to , I had to go back because I had lumps and bumps and needed them to be dissolved. Would never go back as I feel the injector did not have good skills and didn't know what she was doing. Total waste of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for lip fillers.

How is this business still open !? I think this is the main question all of us have after experiencing horrific, unqualified service, procedures and suffering results for months (some procedures, take years or significant investments to reverse their butcher work).

Owner hides behind the e-mail and will never meet with you to address your concerns, offer solutions or take responsibility. This lady should be in jail for the practice she is leading - unethical, illegal & dangerous.

I got the most, what seems like, harmless procedure - PRP (my own blood) injection, recommended by this team of uneducated, not properly certified (as I found out later), lying into your face with such confidence employees.

I have prepaid for two procedures as they were recommending 3 as a must to get a result and after getting concentrated bags of filler under my skin, I called off second procedure that of course I was denied to be provided with the refund for. I didn't even ask for a full refund as they make you sign waiver that I honored despite of the horrible result - just what was never used.

Then they tried to make me sign a form that if they give me my money back ($300.00!) I will not blast out on social media about my experience. It is almost a year since I got the procedure and is still noticeable.

Not everything is about money. Please save yourself & your health!

I was thinking about getting lip fillers for quite some time but have always been hesitant to make an appointment. I decided to visit the spa and I'm extremely happy that I did. I met with Kristina and she was AMAZING!! She explained the treatment thoroughly and answered all my questions. She knew I was nervous but her politeness and confidence definitely calmed my nerves. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning to visit Kristina!

I had a great experience here! I went with my mom for a promotional party they had and received Botox and fillers for a non surgical rhinoplasty. We were both treated very well. Our consultation was very thorough about the procedure and we went in very confidently into it. We were attended by very helpful nurses and Hailey did such a great job! I got the nose I wanted without the downtime or pain.

Liz was very informative and very helpful during the consultation and explained everything to me and my mom. Every question I had she answered it thoroughly. I felt so comfortable and confident in my treatment. I will be back and highly recommend!

Omg! Went to the pouty lip party they had today and loved the services me my sis and my mother got. We got the pouty lip juvederm lip filler and I opted for the double pout since my Nurse recommended 2 syringes for the fullness I wanted. I have to admit I was scared especially after reading some reviews online and seeing some pictures of lips that belonged on "botched".

We were greeted by a sweet receptionist that offered us tea and handed us our paperwork. We met nurse Kristina and she told us a little about her experience with different injection techniques and recommended what would look best for us. While my mom was getting her lips done, I took advantage of the $15 manicure promotion they had...might as well! We were there longer than I planned for but am so happy with Nurse Kristina. She was knowledgeable and very thorough explaining everything to us. We will definitely be back to see her!

BUYER BEWARE!!

All of the negative reviews reflect a similar experience that I've had. This includes but is not limited to Botox that did not work, fillers that for 2-weeks were lumpy and after the initial swelling, no noticeable changes and having to tip a "NP" for injection services. When I've had Botox done at my dermatologist's office, I don't tip. And I NEVER had any problems.

I wouldn't recommend this "spa" for basic spa services such as facials, mani/pedis or massages. Go elsewhere! You're going to be rushed in and out. You can't ask questions and if you do, they fast talk you never really answering your questions honestly.

Terrible spa and a business with unfair, unethical business practices.

Didn't plan to write any reviews but had about enough! Two weeks ago I had a touch up appointment for radiesse ! Was waiting for 45 min for nurse to arrive! Then ended up getting 2 siringes instead of planned 1. 48 hours later it turns that my right cheek is flatter than left - it was already an issue a year ago and it'sWRITTEN in my chart, 2 weeks later went on follow up appointment to fix my cheek - was charged another 100$ service fee for them to fix their own mistakes!! I suppose the next step would be buying another siringe of radiesse from them to fix it because my cheek is still flatter!!An experienced nurse should read your charts, should know where to put more product to even out your face! And the spa definitely should not charge any additional fees for that.
I was waiting for 45! minutes and no one was charged for this!
