Upon arrival our technician will let you know what to expect from the cleaning process, based on the current condition.
We use natural enzyme treatment which will neutralize the odor and eliminates the odor causing bacteria. The final result of the odor removal depends on various factors, such as the type of carpet/upholstery fabric, carpet padding/cushions thickness, number of accidents (was it a single accident or multiple occurrence) and even dog breed (larger dogs have more urine than smaller ones). In extreme cases when the pet urine has penetrated the carpet/cushion completely, we might not be able to remove the odor completely, but it will definitely be an improvement.
