The Spa Guidelines

Cancellations

Treatment times are reserved especially for you and will require a credit card to hold the requested time.  When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, please allow 24 hours notice for single appointments and 48 hours notice for multiple appointments. Group reservations require 72-hour cancellation notice and must be reserved with a credit card. Appointments that are canceled without sufficient notice will be charged 50 percent of the service total.

Appointment No-Shows

Appointments that are no-showed without sufficient notice will be charged 50 percent of the service total. We appreciate your understanding that our spa professionals must be compensated for their time, but if you contact us to reschedule due to illness, we will understand and you won't be charged.

Arriving for Your Appointment

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time to relax and prepare for your treatment. In the event you arrive late for your appointment, please be advised that your treatment time may be shortened so that way have enough time to clean and sanitize, so the next guest is not delayed.

Medical Conditions

Massage can help treat many stress-related physical conditions and we want to help anyone seeking relief; however, if you are pregnant or have a medical condition such as high blood pressure, illness with a weakened immune system or physical disability, it is your responsibility to seek the advice of a medical professional prior to receiving any spa treatments. Our licensed spa professionals are not medical doctors and cannot advise you on the suitability of spa treatments in your condition. Please alert a member of The Spa staff when making your appointment if you require special accommodations so that adequate time is allowed for consultation prior to your service.

Children

For the relaxation and serenity of all our clients, infants and children under the age of thirteen may not accompany adults to the spa unless they are receiving services.
Guests under the age of eighteen must have a parent or guardian's signature before receiving services. In addition, guests under the age of fifteen must have a parent or guardian present while receiving services.

Gift Certificates*

We are delighted to assist you in selecting the perfect,  personalized gift certificate from The Spa.  Gift certificates may be purchased in any dollar amount for treatments, services or products either by phone, in-person or on our website. Please be advised that gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Account credits MUST be used within 60 days from initial visit and may be used towards gratuities.

*GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES (INCLUDING ONLINE) EXPIRE 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.  PLEASE CONSIDER IF THIS TIMELINE IS ADEQUATE PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE FOR A GIFT CERTIFICATE.

SpaFinder/SpaWeek Gift Certificates

These can be used for services or products at The Spa. Any unused gift certificate dollar amounts will automatically be applied towards spa credit.  Account credits MUST be used within 60 days from initial visit and may NOT be used towards gratuities.

To make your check-out process more convenient, please present your SpaFinder or SpaWeek gift card(s) at time of check-in.

Promotional Gift Certificates

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we no longer accept promotional Visa and/or MasterCard gift cards.

Valuables

Thank you for leaving your valuables at home. The Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen property.

Gratuity

Gratuities to The Spa staff for outstanding service may be given at your discretion, but not expected. Gratuity may be added to card upon checkout, during prepay, or  envelopes & sanitized pens are available at the front desk for your convenience. Your generosity is appreciated.

Respect for Guests

While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from talking loudly. The Spa is a place where many guests savor much-needed private time to read, meditate or simply relax. Please turn off all cell phones to enhance your experience.
