I used the AmazonLocal deal for headlight restoration. Booked my appointment online which is very straightforward and easy. When I arrived today, I was greeted very warmly and enthusiastically by Michael, who I believe owns DoneRight.

The entire process took 10 to 15 minutes. He first sanded both headlights and then added some solution to them and polished them. He kindly explained to me what he was doing and how the headlights come to lose their clarity over time. My car is 13 years old and has never had this treatment done, only a few shoddy and cheap services that don't last. Michael mentioned that he's been doing the restoration service for 3 years and not one customer has returned needing it again in that time, meaning that this should last.

I was lovely to talk with, efficient, professional, and (as posted in the pictures) the end result shaved 10 years off my car. I highly recommend DoneRight, and if I need bodywork done in the future I will absolutely give Michael a call.

I got a deal through Living Social for the Custom Touch Wash ($19.99 for their $39.99 package).

It took longer than the 1 hr they said so I was in a bit of a rush when they finished and didn't look over the car too carefully so a bit of my bad.

As I drove down Broadway water was blowing off the side mirrors onto the windows.

Later that day when I had a chance I looked over the car I found a few patches (like 6-12" in diameter) on the exterior that were missed in the cleaning. Same thing on the inside on the dashboard / console area with clean areas next to dusty patches.

Also, the wash was supposed to include washing the floor mats. Didn't happen.

I was glad I didn't pay full price.

I wish I could give minus 10 stars to this place. I came to fix my car on October 2016 and it's almost February 2017 and I am still without a car. Thanks to them!!!!!
I was recommended by the insurance and decided to take my car there. First day, I was very impressive how nice they were. Just first impression. I was so wrong! It took weeks for my car to be fixed. It's a 2008 Prius. I have this car for over 4 years and never had ANY issue with it. After they "fixed", it came with the weirdest noise ever and the dashboard lights would come off and the car wouldn't turn off. One day, the car was on for more than an hour parked and it wouldn't allow me to turn it off. I took it back and they "fixed" again the noise. Guess what, an instantly check engine came out. I took it back and guess what they said? "It was an coincidence. Coincidences happen all the time". Really? So I decided to call back the insurance and the advised me to take the car to another auto body of choice( yes, it was not mechanical issues, they did a sloppy job on the bumper) awful! I took the appraisal to the new place and got shocked when they told me that they were charging the insurance 6k for a job that they did not do. Unbelievably, they charged for parts that they did not even changed. FRAUD!!!!!!!!
Not to mention that my air conditioner was not working and they told me to fixed and again, they charged for it!
Stay away from this business. Hopefully, by the end of this week I will have my car back and will never ever, ever again come back to this place. Be aware, folks! You were advised. No tears later!

Michael was legit start to finish, realistic timelines that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Transparent and professional with quality work, thanks again.
If I ever need body work in the future I'll be back at Michael's shop.

FYI...DoneRight Auto Spa is formerly Titan Detailing

I took the advice of fellow Yelpers and decided to head over to Titan to get a much needed bath/detail for my car. I decided to call first, but the number was disconnected. I chose a different place to get my car washed and detailed, but decided to do a drive by anyway.

As I was driving on Broadway, I saw the shop open and a banner which read "DoneRight Auto Spa." The name just felt and sounded good, so I decided to pull in and check it out.

Michael was quick to greet me as I pulled up. I shared with him that I found the place on Yelp and tried to call. He explained that the place is under new ownership, his, and has a new name and number.

After talking with him about my car and showing him what I needed, including a spot where my friend K tried to be helpful and SCRUBBED off egg someone had put on my car (WTF, K?! love ya though). The clearcoat was gone, but Michael said he had a remedy, at no extra charge.

Michael gave his advice about what should be done. He was honest, upfront, and descriptive about the services. He didn't try to upsell or add on any charges.

SO...I decided to leave my 06 convertible Mustang for the Deluxe Touch package, which included a complete interior and exterior detail; clay bar; waxing; vinyl top cleaning and conditioning; leather seat cleaning, shampoo the carpets, etc.

Michael drove me back to my place, and said they needed about 3 hours to complete the detail. I received a call about 100pm and was told it would be another hour or so. I didn't mind.

I was picked up from my place 5 hours later and taken to the shop. I rounded the corner and saw my shiny black pony waiting. It looked great, and they did a fabulous job! They did a great job of polishing the "scrubbed spot" and it was not noticeable anymore.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there were a few minor things that were not completed, but nothing a fiber cloth of mine couldnt take care of. And, there is still some deeply embedded fallout, sap or something that didn't come out on certain parts of the car, or windshield. I may take it back to have them work on it more. A clay bar should have taken care of that.

DoneRight offers a monthly plan to keep your car nice and shiny, for a very reasonable price. Michael also has a nice selection of rims and tires if you want to add a little bling and trick out your ride. :)

Michael is a great guy, and I will definitely be seeing him and his staff for future maintenance. Check them out!!!

This place is whack.

I took my car here to get detailed w/ the Living Social auto deal. I called to schedule the appointment before the expiration date but they set my appointment for after the expiration date (they said they would honor it so it was fine). When I called they took down my voucher number.

Brought my car in 4 minutes late and guess what? "We weren't sure if you were coming so we scheduled someone else " (points to a big ass SUV) so your car will be done later. WTF?! Seriously, 4 minutes late? For some reason I can't pull up the coupon on my phone and ppend like 15 minutes trying to reset my password, doesn't work (for some reason the password for the app and the website is different?!). So I ask, well since you have the voucher number, do you still need it? The dude slowly and condescendingly reads me the directions on someone else's old coupon. And I say, right, but you just need the number from the coupon and you already have it. Dude just reads me the print again. I go across the street to Honda to use their wifi., download the PDF to my computer, thinking it's the same shit. Come back, Dude ignores me for about 7 minutes while he chats it up w/ some firefighters about a car he is restoring or something. Finally when he comes over, I show Dude the PDF. "Oh well it says "display iPhone/Android voucher"." Um really? So then I say, okay so let's say I bring it up on my phone on the app, what would you do? "I would mark it as used." So I say to him, but that's more of a tracking mechanism for the customer, because you can slide something from used, to unused. It doesn't really mean anything; on your end, you just need the voucher number which you have." And of course he doesn't believe me and proceeds to read fine print again. I ask to speak to a manager like 4 times. He refuses to call his manager "well since it's already expired he would probably already be mad if I called him about it." But the Auto Spa was the one who scheduled it after the expiration date! Tried to explain. Dude won't budge: "Well, you can just pay the full price" WTF?!!! Dude walks away. Miraculously, I finally am able to log-in to the app on my iphone (w/ again, a password that is diff from when I log-in online from my computer). Show it to him. He looks at it, tilts his head, frowns, and says, "hmm I can't mark this as used because it's expired." Returns my phone. Really? REALLY?!!

My car is done after 3.5 hours and stupid me, I don't bother to check it before I leave. The floormats are really clean and at first glance it looks alright. Then I realize they didn't detail my car at all. There are still crumbs and little bits of trash in the cupholder and side door, smudges on the mirrors, and even dead bugs on a whole section of my car. (See photos).

Will never return. biggest waste of money ever.

Hate to be the naysayer in the group, but after reading the reviews of this place on here, I decided to give it a try.

I was in the process of trying to sell my BMW, and as anyone who has ever undergone the process can attest to, you want top dollar for your vehicle. Part of getting that top $ is making the car as beautiful, shiny and attractive as possible. Again, after reading the reviews, I settled on DoneRight. I now wonder if anything was DoneAtAll.

Two stars: one- because Mike was such an earnest guy who didn't try and 'sell' me into any package (though I got the $349 full detail), and two- because their customer service was pretty good: right up to picking up your car and bringing it home to you afterwards.

Apart from that, and from the fact that I know the car was at least vacuumed, I can't tell a single thing they did. Mike assured me that a small scratch would easily be buffed out. It wasn't. I was fairly certain that some of the money I spent would go towards... oh, I don't know... polishing the upholstery, perhaps? However, when the car was returned to me there was no 'new car' smell that usually accompanies a thorough detailing, and some small white powdery patches on the driver's door were still visible. Out of curiosity, as well as not wanting to accuse them of something they didn't do (but were supposed to), I grabbed some of my Armor-All leather treatment and a rag and went to work, just to see what would happen. After two minutes, powdery white substance gone. AND that patch that I worked on looked a whole lot cleaner and more polished than the remainder of the car! Hmmm....

Lastly, the tires (which are usually given a polish on the outside walls visible to the street) were not done. In short, apart from it looking as if someone had vacuumed the floor mats and run it through a commercial car washer, it was exactly the same car I had turned over to them some 6 hours and $349 dollars earlier. The upholstery was the key: the fact that I buffed it out myself made it obvious that I could (and SHOULD) have done the job myself, save the $349, and call it a day.

Obviously, given the raves on here, take my experience with a grain of salt. But I know that I personally won't be back. Instead, with the next car, I'll be doing the work myself and then taking the money I saved and putting it to better use.

Came here because my boyfriend said he got a great deal for $24 to to have his car hand washed inside and out.

Didn't know they took appointments and came around 1 on a Saturday. the guy told me to come back in 1.5 hours, which is annoying but not too big of a deal since I live a few minutes away (although he didn't schedule me for that time). Came back on time and they took one look at my car and said it was so dirty they would have to take me at the end of the day at 4. Then he told me about 76 car wash down the street at Broadway and 40th, which turned out to be less expensive and I was in and out. That advice was the best part of coming here, and I'll just be going to 76 from now on.

I got this Living Social Deal and took my car in yesterday to get my Honda Civic detailed. They were kind enough to grant the voucher eventhough it had expired the week prior. So, with that kind of customer service I was expecting my car to get the same treatment.

I don't know if it was because I had a Living Social deal or what but when I picked up my car 2 1/2 hours later I was highly disappointed. The exterior looked great but once I got into my car I almost gagged. My car reeked of paint and chemicals! I started looking around and honestly I could have done a better job using windex and a hand rag. Coffee stains where still around the cup holders, dog hairs where still very visible on the carpet and there were smudges all around the interior.

To say the least, I was not at all happy with the service and will not be coming here ever again.

It was a nice spot. It started out rocky because the call was confusing with Devon, but I decided to go in anyway because of the yelp reviews. It was a good experience, Michael dropped me off in downtown, so I was able to get errands done while my car was being cleaned.

The reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because they didn't get all the spots out of my carpets and because the prices are intense. Other than that... I loved it!
