Coreology was the first place I had ever tried reformer pilates, and well, after my first class I was hooked. The main issue I have is the extremely inflexible policy - if you are more than five minutes late, they can give your spot to someone else. Ive found I had lost quite a few classes because I knew I wouldn't have made the 5 minute grace period. At anywhere from $25-$35 / class that adds up!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

The instructors are friendly and helpful. My strength and balance have greatly improved. The Coreology pilates, sculpting and stretch classes have improved my posture and greatly reduced the pain I have from lumbar scoliosis. I look forward to coming to class and leave feeling awesome every time.

My favorites are Kirsty, Claudia, Katie and Jamie (when she is in town). Before coming to this studio, I had only done Pilates a handful of times. Now, I do it a few times a week, along with cycling and tread classes. I like an intense workout and these classes do not disappoint.

I've been coming to this studio for over ten years and it never gets easier. I started coming only once a week for Pilates on the Xformer and now come nearly every day for spin, treadmill, and sculpt classes too. The instructors are motivating, upbeat and personal- they remember your name and are always challenging you to improve. I'm in the best shape I've ever been because of Coreology. Love this place!!
