go to blake for your hair!! she saved my hair about 4 years ago when it was so damaged and the color was disgusting. she helped me rehabilitate it to get it healthy enough to color again!! she truly cares about you and your hair desires and is dang good at what she does! beautybyblake!

I booked a $750 appointment with Maura for brows. She did not map my face and freehanded it all, I stopped mid-session because it wasn't what I wanted. Took me months to just chemical peel and undo her work. Terrible communication/accomodations.

This place is horrible, the perm. Make up artist Sadaf cancelled 2 of my appts. last minute, after I drove there 1 hr. & got a babysitter, just cause she got confused!
Then she pretends her schedule is so busy & after me having paid for a re touch, and flaking on my appts. she wouldn't have any consideration & would have me call her manager who never answers or she would say she couldn't see me for another month!! The first time she did my eyebrows they were croocked ontop of that, so she never fixed them!!

I had my lips done on 1-11-19. I had a great experience. She takes time to explain and pick the perfect color. I had no problem scheduling my appointment. She is very sweet and I felt absolutely nothing during my procedure. I drove 3 hrs to see her and would do it again.

Sadaf at Shandora will do your brows for less $ than anyone in the area. But only on her terms. The first time I went, it was a groupon and she rushed me to choose the stencil shape. Then I looked in her catalog, and found other options. Not sure she was ever going to show me those.
My follow-up appointment she rescheduled 20 min before. I had already gotten a sitter and been driving for 30 min. When I showed up for my appointment, at 4pm on a Saturday because she basically never works around working women's schedules, she cancelled on me when I was in the lobby. She didn't even call me for a reschedule. The worst customer service ever. I live an hour away. I had driven and hour and gotten a sitter for my 3 year old. I've never been treated so poorly.

Do not go to Sadaf or purchase a groupon for any services with her. You will regret it. I've heard from several people now that she always cancels at the last minute using family emergency as an excuse. If you're having a family emergency/death in your family every single week then you seriously need to examine your life.

First of all she doesn't give you an appointment for when you request it no matter when it is so she can pretend to be busy. But if someone else calls her after you she'll offer the same date/time to them that she told you was unavailable. It doesn't matter what day/time you pick she'll say she's not avail. Finally you have to tell her ok then you tell me when I can make an appt for myself then she'll pick a day that you had mentioned would not work for you. Then you rearrange your entire schedule to agree to her time and she WILL cancel on you. Most likely on the day of appointment or after you get there. And of course she'll blame you for showing up for your appt time that she picked since you were supposed to call & ask if it's been canceled on your way there. And she cancels without giving you any options or choices. Even after all that she won't reschedule you and say she'll let you know if she'll ever have time avail. Basically she wants you to forget abt the groupon and never speak of it again.

It's just baffling as to why she wants to do a business since she is not willing or able to handle one. And why does groupon even continues to do business with her? When refunds are requested from groupon they say...how would you like to offer your groupon as gift to someone you know instead of a refund? That makes no sense since I can't use it due to horrible service why would I punish someone else with this? Give it as a gift so they can go through same frustration and hate you. How about giving us the money back groupon? And stop offering businesses that don't cooperate with groupon customers. People are not going to buy anything from groupon ever again if refunds are not given from horrible businesses like this one.

I read a bunch of bad reviews after purchasing my Groupon a while back so I didn't rush to make an appointment. Pro: I got in on a Saturday and I only called that morning. (I'll concede that's not really a good sign...I just really needed a Pedi!!) There is nothing else positive to say. I was rushed through the mani/pedi so fast I'm still wondering if it really happened because I don't feel refreshed or relaxed. That's a first. I was out of there in 58 minutes. I've never had a Pedi without a massage until today. There were suppose to be hot towels and hot stones. She did rub a hot stone on each leg for about 30 seconds each. My heels still need work. The shellac mani was as basic as everything else. She rubbed a small amount of lotion into each hand.

Here's my suggestion to the owner: never ever sign up for a coupon special like Groupon or LivingSocial if your intent is to drive business. You'll drive them to your numerous competition. I've used these before and continue services with providers I'm happy with. Your negative social image is going to be difficult to redeem.

This rating is not just for Shandora but more for Zsanae! She is an amazing stylist. Several coworkers see her and I kept asking who cuts their hair. She does an amazing job, very affordable, and great personality. Will be coming back and will recommend to all.

I can't say much about other services as I have used them. It seems the whole place people rent out spaces and do their individual work. Assuming that's the same for the massage therapists as well since there appear to be many of them under the same roof.
