GROUPON - Trip reservation form

Please fill out this form you will get a copy via email when you submit it to us for your records.  We will enter your trip in and send a trip confirmation or feel free to call us for a verbal confirmation.  We will confirm all trips One to two days prior (12 to 48 hours prior).  Please feel free to call us at 1-855-741-LIMO to re-confirm you inbound flight information.  Any requests for service in the next 48 hours you MUST contact us directly at 303-741-LIMO for sedan availability.  If you are booking your sedan transportation within the next 24 to 48 hours there will be an additional fee of $10 per trip  to expedite your reservation or to take your reservation over the phone.  PLEASE MAKE YOUR CAR SERVICE RESERVATIONS AFTER YOUR HAVE BOOKED YOUR FLIGHTS TO ENSURE VEHICLE AVAILABILITY.  FEEL free to forward your flight information to NewTrip@741LIMO.com  We can accommodate up to SIX (6) outbound GROUPON trips per day and may have additional availability within 36 hours based on the weather conditions.

Effective 03/14/2012:
Expired Groupons;  We will accept the round trip groupon for a one way drop off at the airport plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90, this will still save you $22.00.  If you want to book a round trip with the expired Groupon we will charge you $35.00 per trip for a total of $70.00 (plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90) to honor the full value of the groupon that it was issued for.  If you have a One Way Groupon the reinstatement fee is $35.00 (plus the chauffeurs gratuity $18.00 20% of the $90).  The groupon any also be used for a free hour in an eight passenger limo when booking four hours or more any weekday.

ANY CHANGES TO TRIPS ONCE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL BY YOU or CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL BY Denver Lincoln Limousine OR ON THE PHONE MUST BE CALLED IN at 303-741-LIMO.

NO CANCELATIONS WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ANY PICK UP TIME.

FOR AIRPORT drop offs please enter the SCHEDULED flight departure time.  The Chauffeur may call your home number up to one hour prior to the scheduled pick up time.

FOR AIRPORT pickups please enter the SCHEDULED flight arrival time and the CITY you will be coming from (Origin city).   Once you land at Denver at the Denver International Airport please call dispatch prior to going to baggage claim to inform us you have arrived and are in the Airport, at 303-741-LIMO (5466) option 1.  We will then have the Chauffeur who is waiting for you call your cell.  Once you have your luggage you will call the chauffeur up to your location.  The chauffeur may ask you to check in at the TAXI/LIMO hut to expedite your pick-up.  Due to the construction at DEN we are under day to day changes in the operations and pick up procedures.  It is best to communicate these changes to you upon your arrival in person PLEASE CALL UP IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS LOCATING YOUR CHAUFFEUR AT THE AIRPORT.

The Lincoln Town Car comfortably will accommodate up to three Adults and up to four pieces of luggage. Additional $20 for any scheduled pick up between 11 PM- 5 AM.  SUV upgrade $35, 8 passenger Van upgrade $55, 8 passenger Limo upgrade $70, 10 Passenger limo upgrade $95, 13 passenger Van upgrade $95.  If outside Denver, Adams, Arapahoe County additional fuel service charge.  E-470 Toll Road not included. Chauffeur Industry standard 20% CASH Gratuity is $18 based on a $90 rate is Not Included.  If using a Visa or Master Card credit cards to pay for any upgrades or Chauffeurs Gratuity you must call the office 72 hours prior with credit card information 2% convenience fee on the total charge.
