CRAFT ON DRAFT As Of: Sept. 3

Hella Hoppy: “Hella” is a NorCal thing, and when used, is a sure tip-off that you are from Northern California. A classic “West Coast” Double IPA; clean malt flavor, hop flavor forward, without all the bitterness. (Altamont Beer Works) A.B.V 9% Served in a Pint $6

St. Bernardus A.B.T 12: The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the St. Bernardus beers. It is also the beer with the highest alcohol content (10.50 %). A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. The show piece of the brewery. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, the beer can be smoothly tasted. The Abt has a very fruity flavour. (St. Bernardus) A.B.V 10.5% Served in a Tulip $8

Cherry Kush: This is a hybrid whit ale with cherry juice brewed just for us thank you. (Ale Industries) A.B.V 5%
Served in a Pint $5

Cervesa Espumosa: “Sparkling beer” as the name says, a crisp, dry, tart wheat beer fermented with natural blackberries (a beer take on a sparkling wine). (Altamont Beer Works) A.B.V 3.5% Served in a Pint $5

Double Jack: Double Jack IPA is our first ever Imperial IPA. It features a big malty middle to cloak the high alcohol and mouth puckering hop bitterness. Huge tangerine, grapefruit and juicy fruit aroma blossom over the herbal blue basil and malt earthiness of this aggressive beer. (Firestone Walker) A.B.V 9.5% Served in a Pint $7

Bayliner Weisse: Tart and bready, this East Bay Sour is a funk forward lactic mutha that finishes nutty, malty with a touch of oak. Six months in the barrel gave the brettanomyces lambicus and the lactobacillus brevis plenty of time to build that mouth watering, puckering bite that we know you’ve learned to crave. (Ale Industries) A.B.V 4.5% Served in a Tulip $7

West Coast IPA: A menagerie of hops is layered throughout the brewing process: Simcoe for unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes and Cascade for floral aroma. A multi-dimensional hop experience. (GreenFlash) A.B.V 7.3%
Served in a Pint $6

Gold Country Pilsner: This is a medium-bodied straw colored pilsner with an elegant hop bitterness and lingering aroma.(Auburn) A.B.V 5% Served in a Pint $5

Almanac Farmers Reserve #3: Aged in used wine barrels for a year, this refreshing & tart wild ale was made with sweet coastal strawberries from Swanton Berry Farms and high-summer crimson baby nectarines from Blossom Bluff Farms. Here’s to our California summer harvest! (Almanac) A.B.V 6% Served in a Tulip $8

Tumbler: Sierra Nevada uses malt within days of roasting at the peak of its flavor to give Tumbler a gracefully smooth malt character. Two-row pale, crystal 40, chocolate and smoked malts give it a malty complexity. (Sierra Nevada) A.B.V 5.5% Served in a Pint $5

Sameon Saison: Envision the quaint French Countryside farmhouse - humble yet proud, classic, timeless - and you're halfway to experiencing the taste of Schubros' Sameon Saison. Rustic and provincial. Well bodied, yet utterly refreshing. (Schubros) A.B.V 8% Served in a Tulip $8

Yin: This is one half of a Black & Tan. Not just any Black & Tan, but one where a toasted smug and hoppy fella get together to make a sublime Taiji balance. Mix the Yin & Yang together (or enjoy this profoundly evil Imperial Stout solo). (Evil Twin Brewing) A.B.V 10% Served in a Tulip $8

Angry Orchard: This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist. (Angry Orchard) A.B.V 5% Served in a Pint $5

Southern Harvest: Our task was daunting-we needed to get the hops picked, dried, flown halfway across the world and into our brew kettle in a little over a week's time. The result is a North-by-South fusion of fresh New Zealand hops blended with the finest North American malts. (Sierra Nevada) A.B.V 7.1% Served in a Pint $7

Campfire Stout: Campfire Stout evokes fond memories of wilderness and camping adventures. Notes of chocolate and graham cracker topped with a hint of marshmallow will leave you wanting s’more. (Highwater Brewing) A.B.V 6.5%
Served in a Pint $7

Yang: This is one half of a Black and Tan. Not just any Black and Tan, but the one where a toasted smug and a hoppy fella get together to make a sublime Taiji balance. Mix the Yang & Yin together (or enjoy this flipping good Imperial IPA solo). (Evil Twin) A.B.V 10% Served in a Tulip $8

Black Lassie: "She barks but doesn’t bite”. Black Lassie changes the perception of dark beer. Deep mahogany in color this dark jewel uses our authentic lager yeast strain to develop smooth roast chocolate flavors that are toned down a bit by special aroma hops that impart a spicy backdrop. (Auburn Ale House) A.B.V 6% Served in a Pint $6

Cellar Door: Citra hops providing a intricate blend of herbal grass & tangerine citrus flavors and aroma. to pull this all together and to complete the ’cleansing’ aspect of my vision i gently finished the ale off with a touch of white sage, lending a mild earthy spice character to the blend. (StillWater) A.B.V 6.6% Served in a Tulip $7

Zymaster #4: Belgian-style farmhouse ale with a California twist. The unique bitterness and earthy spiciness of Yerba Santa, a native California herb, perfectly complement the fruitiness and clove-like flavors created by a local saison-style yeast. (Anchor Steam) A.B.V 7.2% Served in a Tulip $7

Five Golden Rings: 5 Golden Rings is the 5th verse in our ’12 Days of Christmas’ winter seasonal ale series. This is the only golden ale in the bunch but it definitely packs a holiday punch. We spiced up this 11.5% ABV ode to Winter with cinnamon, allspice and ginger along with some delicious sweet and tangy pineapple. (The Bruery) A.B.V 11.5% Served in Tulip $8

Black Marlin: Ballast Point Black Marlin Porter is a rich dark chocolaty Porter with a distinctive American hop character. It is nitrogen dispensed which gives it a creamy texture, thick head and a balanced flavor that is reminiscent of traditional British cask conditioned ales. (Ballast Point) A.B.V 5.9%
Served in a Pint $6

Lost Continent Double IPA: Lost Continent Double IPA has an astonishing three pounds of hops per barrel in the kettle and another pound per barrel of "dry-hops" added after fermentation, bringing this beer to 90+ IBUs. (Grand Teton) A.B.V 8% Served in a Pint $7
