I am not vegan and I can be pretty picky when my vegan cousin takes me to different vegan places. Whether your vegan or not; loving hut has all around delicious food. Gourmet fried rice (5 stars), Queens (5 stars), crispy mushrooms(3 stars), stir fried Chinese broccoli (5 stars), dumplings (4 stars). The restaurant is clean and spacious.

We have come here a several times. Food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. I always enjoy the pho here on cold days after work or even sometimes during lunch with coworkers. Their entrees are really great too. Service is really good and quick.

We tried Padthai and Chowmein from this place. It is vegan friendly , order is always ready on time and food tastes wonderful. We specially love the chowmein. Definitely one of the great vegetarian places in bay area.

I come here for 2 weeks straight, every day..just to order Bun Hue HAHAHA. I really hope they give just-enough-broth & add more tofu, or whatever healthy & yummy. But I LOVE this place for their friendly services & food. Wishlist: please open another store in south San Jose near my workplace ..wink..wink..

The food here is delicious. If you didn't tell someone it's vegan they would never guess. The staff is friendly. I think they are getting better streamlining the online order process.

Loving Hut is a vegetarian/vegan place that makes immitation meat dishes. From asian dishes that are cooked in claypot to american hamburgers.. this place immitates it all.
I was so excited to try this place because this Loving Hut is a sit down, not a togo place like the one in Oakridge and Valley Fair. The restaurant is very clean and has lots of tables, but can get pretty packed on a weekday lunch.
So onto the food.. my friend and I were so excited when looking at the menu that we orderes 4 dishes.
- Wonton in spicy sauce
- Tango chicken
- Seafruit wrap
- Fried oyster mushrooms.
- large bowl of brown rice (should get a small bowl if eating with 2 people).
For appetizers we got the wonton in spicy sauce and omg.. it was so delicious. I wish we ordered a second round but we already got so many dishes already. ;( Anyways..It literally reminded my friend and I of Din Tai Fungs wontons in chilli sace except without the meat. They got the texture down and the sauce itself was very similar.. except Loving Hut's was a little saucier than DTF.
The tango chicken is an imitated fried chicken dish that has broccoli and chilli peppers and a special sweet and sticky sauce. This was our favorite and I definitely reccomend it to anyone who is here for the first time. The texture of the "meat" was so spot on that I couldnt even tell that it was not real meat!
The second dish we ordered was the seafruit wrap? I forgot what it was actually called, but it had the name "seafruit" in it. We got the half order and was surprised at how much you get. Comes with half a piece of what I assume to be immitated fish, rice paper wraps, lettuce, cucumbers, and vermicelli noodles. Although this dish was unique.. I didnt enjoy it as much because the sauce didnt go well with it.
The oyster mushrooms were probably imitated calamari? And it did its job! The sauce it comes with for you to dip in is very flavorful and reminded me of some tamarind sauce. Whatever it was, it complemented the fried oyster mushrooms very well.
Overall my experience was great and I have come to enjoy vegetarian food more.. only complaint was that the service was kind of slow but I'll look past that.
ALSO DONT FORGET TO SEE IF THEY GOT A GROUPON. Save you a bit of money with their $15 for $25 dollars worth of food. (Dine in only).Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Vivek R.Fremont, CA8614Apr 8, 2022
Fantastic food and service. Came here a bit skeptical since I am not vegan but thought I would try the food anyway. Everything I ordered was top notch from the spicy wontons, to the kung pao seimen, and the flan. A pleasant surprise, had no idea vegan food could taste this good. This place may have to be a weekly spot.

First time coming here and I was really impressed with how spacey it is. The place looks clean well lit and white...non-intimidating tho.
The ambiance feels like a zen place, like those movie scenes where everything is blank and then God comes in to talk to you... LOL! too much?? A first time for me and I cannot help but drool on the pictures. I was surprised as how my mouth reacted to this place. We ordered the pot stickers and also tom khaa with rice. The pot stickers have gummy thick skins which I wasn't too fond of but the tom khaa was so flavorful which clearly hit the spot. I. LOVE. IT. The presentation and the balance of spicy, salty, sour and sweet was well done. Since it is a vegan place you know that you get to eat something meat free without compromising the flavor. I saw a good size of people eating here and they seem to vouch for the place, they seem to know what they are eating and were truly enjoying it.
I can say that this is a gem of a place for vegans and I can't wait to come back and try their noodles!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - 3322433Jul 30, 2017
I spent the entire day learning about veganism so I decided to grab a friend and come here for dinner. I ordered the pad Thai which was decent. It's definitely not the best I've ever had but I was impressed by the concept of the place in general. Everything is vegan friendly which is amazing.
Only downside to this place is that the service was a little slow. My friend's food arrived immediately but mine took another 15-20 minHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alice N.Gilroy, CA3011715Oct 18, 2020
The food is absolutely amazing. All my friends would not believe it was Vegan. Would highly recommend coming back. Ordered the general tao with brown rice.
