I been coming to this carwash for years.
I don't know why I never gave a review before, I really like the service, everyone so friendly.
The ticket writers are super friendly and always happy to answer any questions you have.
If u don't know what wash u should take,
You can always ask them and they will recommend to you what u actually need instead of getting extra that u don't, my car it's always spotless.

I have been going to the Simi Auto Spa since it opened and have never had an issue. Now that I live in Palmdale I don't get to visit as much as before. I decided to make the trip since my car really needed a good cleaning.
When my car was being cleaned it was moved with the rear hatch open. I didn't think anything of it and when I went to pick up my car the rear hatch was open and the employee closed it after giving me the keys and letting me get in. I get home and walk around the car to see a huge scratch on my hatch.
On top of that the express wax and wash that I got was lack luster. There were a lot of water spots on the car and the floor mats still had dirt on them.
I will probably never visit this location again now that I will be spending hundreds of dollars to get my car repaired.

I had the monthly cleaning service on my truck for a while.

Noticeably the past few washes I could tell that my truck wasn't getting the attention to detail I had grown to love and expect from this place.

During my last wash, my truck had been probably the dirtiest it had ever been. They not only charged me extra than per usual they also scratched the bejesus out of one the sides and a few other spots on my truck. Instead of rinsing the dirt off & then washing it they just sent it on through their machine.

You can see the rag marks dragging the dirt and sand that was still on my truck causing it to scratch.

Upon returning & asking them to atleast own up to it the manager said to go pound the sand that they didn't wash off my truck.

They lost a long time customer today and I won't be coming back. They didn't even try to make it right, just complete lack of customer service and professionalism across the board.

I'd recommend taking your car elsewhere if you are ok with subpar customer service, zero customer satisfaction, little attention to detail & extremely costly potential damage to your car from careless staff members.

They did an outstanding job. I took in my BMW which was a bit dirty on the outside but completely crusted in dirt on the inside - I mean there was mud, leaves, rocks, bits of fertilizer, it was really gross. There were literally live bugs in there. (I do occasional landscaping projects and use my car to transport plants.) For $180 for the Interior Detail service, which is very reasonable given that a mobile detailer could be $250+, they did a very nice job on the exterior and made the filthy interior look brand new. Every little nook and cranny. I'm super happy with it, will definitely come back next time.

My first time experience was truly fantastic! They have a spacious and clean environment with friendly staff and super fast service. And get this - they even have an air hockey table in the lobby! No concerns whatsoever - I highly recommend these guys to everyone. The hand wash was done with utmost professionalism and care. And to top it off, they surprised me with a free wash the next day after it unexpectedly rained following my first visit. How kind of them! I've definitely found my spot here .

This spot is probably the best and safest way to get a quick car wash.

This is a great well priced wash facility for your vehicle. I have been coming to this car wash for about 3 years and the customer service is on point and the staff understands the customers needs. I recommend Simi auto spa for anyone looking to support a well maintained business.
