Years ago I trusted someone to cut off an inch or two and they chopped off a foot long -_- Ever since this tragedy I have let my hair grow on endlessly. My hair literally looked like a dry mop this morning so I decided to give in. My mother has been a happy camper coming to see Gabriel at this salon for years now, so i decided to give it a go. She always raves about Gabriel, so i was hoping to have him cut my hair but he was tied up with my mothers touch up. Gabriel recommended his colleague Franc to do my trim. I sat there in fear has Franc began to cut at my dead ends. He asked me to relax and sure enough he worked wonders. My hair looks great and he did not cut any more or any less than I was comfortable with :)

Yikes. I wish I had just gone to my regular salon and paid $75 straight up rather than buy the supposed DEAL of $50 for a $200 package (which was basically a shitty haircut + some tingly scalp cream for 5 mins + incomplete blow dry!).

Mitra, the stylist I got, harangued me the entire time she cut my hair. Jumped to conclusions on everything I said, had a crazy strong opinion on me, my hair, my lifestyle, and barely let me finish any of my sentences. And, all that before I started pushing back on what I didn't want despite her strong feelings. Unpleasant experience all around and I ended up with the very haircut I told her I hate. Her response: maybe if the stylists give you this haircut when you say you want a shorter length you should just be happy with it because that's what we are saying suits your face. I kid you not. SMH.

To me it sounds like you are spoiled little brat just because they won't do your hair for $95.00 anymore. Why are you so special? We all pay what we gotta pay, they don't deserve a one star just because you can't have it your way anymore. Shoot, pay just like we all do, it's only fair.

Well i guess you should have paid those $30.00 extra for the Thermafuse. It has been since May for me and Elyse did a great job on my Keratin treatment. I will be going back for more, however it still has lasted all this time.

Rico did such an amazing job on my daughters hair!

I had stopped by the bank today and asked my teller if she knew of a good salon in the area because my daughter wanted to cut her hair off and donate it to Locks Of Love. She wrote down the address for me and told me to ask for Jake, and said they were very nice.

We drove over and went in, Jake was there at the front to greet us. He was wonderful, very friendly and welcomed us right in. We told him that we were donating my daughters hair to Locks Of Love and he said Rico would be perfect to cut my daughters hair, that he had survived cancer 5 times himself!

Rico was wonderful! He was fun to chat with and my daughter loved him and let him cut her hair however he wanted. He did such an amazing job! She looks so beautiful! It was the perfect cut for her and she's thrilled with her new hair! :)

Had a groupon for $40 for cut with scalp treatment and conditioning. I had my cut. With mitra. I saw a negative and postive post about her on yelp. I thought she was great. Opposite to what another user wrote, she kept telling me she wanted me happy with my style and kept checking in on what she was doing to make sure I liked it. The place itself is very clean and nice. I would absolutely recommend it!!

Woke up this morning with smooth, frizz free hair after Rico did the Thermafuse treatment on me ;-) This treatment is a life changer! It will save you much styling time & actually makes your hair healthier, softer, & best of all (for me) longer! There's no down time...Straightening treatments of the past had to be left on for upwards of 48 hours & had formaldehyde in it.
Thanks again, Rico! You are truly a miracle worker!

This is a review for Carlos. He is the worst hairdresser I have ever met. He held me hostage under his scissors and he kept shortening my hair even though I was crying stop stop stop it's too short. He did this although i showed him a picture before we started of what I wanted and I explained to him that I want it much longer than the picture. He then cut my hair 3 inches shorter than the picture. I now have patches on my head with very little hair. If I could sue him I would.
He didn't even take 5 minutes to complete the haircut. And then after he was donde he had the audacity to tell me: " well I guess you were ready for a change" . No I wasn't you A**hole. How you loose your hair in uneven patches. See how you feel then

Rico is a total artist! He is humble but with great skills to make you look amazing! I love how he treats your hair with care and I love the color melting on my hair. (without bleach!)

Yes it might be expensive, but it is worth it. Thanks Rico!

This place is a JOKE Mitra doesn't cut hair very well at all & doesn't follow directions and always wants to do it her way ! And she loves to tell you how great she is 25 years of experience! Super cuts could do better ! Zero stars for Mitra or what ever her name is . I now know her as the butcher !!!!

Andrea saved my hair!!!!!!!! After another salon ruined my hair I was almost in tears and then came across Andreas yelp reviews. She took me in that day! Her a Rico ( I think the owner ) chatted about my ruined hair and she came up with great ideas and ask if I could do it right then and there! She is so sweet and fun to talk to durning my crazy hair project that took 4 hours to fix. I couldn't be happier she is a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure you will love your hair. I am so happy to have found a new hair stylist that knows how I like my hair. Thank you NV Salon and Andrea!!!!! See you soon..
