For lots of Americans (me included), Thanksgiving Dinner is, like, the best meal of the year. Roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie. It’s just kind of a shame most of us only enjoy this sumptuous feast once every 365 days or so.

Now there’s a restaurant that’s doing something to fill this 364-day void. TGD, a fast casual restaurant in Canton, Ohio, serves Thanksgiving Dinner daily. Thus, the name, TGD, an acronym for Thanks Giving Dinner (one of the founders thought the holiday name was two words) and the company’s tagline: Thanksgiving Dinner 365 Days a Year.

So if you’re craving Thanksgiving dinner in July, you can walk into TGD and order up a meal of roast turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, oven-baked rolls and all the trimmings right there on the spot.

The concept is doing well enough that the owners are seeking franchisees—there’s already a new location opening this summer in Oxford, Ohio.

TGD also offers other items on its menu…roast beef, ham, mac & cheese, hot and cold sandwiches. But the Thanksgiving meal is the restaurant’s bread and butter.

The idea of TGD began when two good friends, Nino Natale and Ryan Napier, were in Vegas late one night. The two were talking about how hungry they were and how they wished there was a place they could get an inexpensive Thanksgiving meal as quickly as they could get a burger. That’s when the lightbulb went on that they should create such a place where this could really happen. From that day forward the two worked together to make their dream a reality.

The TGD operation works much like a Chipotle or Qdoba, with customers moving along a service counter, giving the staff their item-by-item food selections. The company strives to make sure each meal tastes like a home-cooked Thanksgiving feast. The only thing missing is football. But then again, if you’re dining at the Canton location, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is just down the road.

TGD is open 365 days a year. Yes, including the actual Thanksgiving Day. Doesn’t this seem like one of those concepts that makes you say, “Why didn’t I come up with this brilliant idea?”
