They assured me the headphones would be delivered on time and provided tracking information. The headphones look brand new, are super comfortable, sound good, and packaged well. Excellent stuff!

Shipped notification without tracking the very next day. It took, roughly 2 weeks to arrive with no update to the tracking as there was no tracking number. Was going to cancel if it took longer than 3 weeks. Eventually did arrive and product looks brand new. Would buy again, but keep in mind that you'll have to be patient.

Worst customer service, they indicate item was shipped when in fact they didn't. Provided tracking number when asked only to indicate a label created no package shipped. Single email response from customer service over the course of six weeks after purchase and still no sign of item. Borderline fraudulent. Asked eBay to intervene.
